Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. During busy times (like holidays or sales), processing may take a little longer — but I always try to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and typically delivers within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for it to start updating.

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing, contact me — I’ll help however I can.
